Conduct Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings using the SayPro digital system to facilitate collaborative, efficient, and transparent planning that supports the educational and developmental needs of each identified student.


Detailed Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation and Scheduling:
    • Coordinate with educators, therapists, parents, and relevant stakeholders to schedule IEP meetings at mutually convenient times using SayPro’s digital calendar and communication tools.
    • Ensure all participants receive timely invitations with clear agendas, objectives, and necessary documentation through the SayPro digital platform.
    • Review each student’s current IEP, progress reports, assessments, and relevant data prior to the meeting to prepare for informed discussions.
  2. Facilitating Virtual and Hybrid Meetings:
    • Utilize SayPro’s integrated digital meeting tools (e.g., video conferencing, chat functions, shared document editing) to conduct IEP meetings effectively, accommodating remote participation when necessary.
    • Manage meeting logistics, including setting up virtual rooms, controlling access, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth communication.
    • Foster a collaborative and respectful environment where all voices—educators, therapists, parents, and students (when appropriate)—are heard and valued.
  3. Documentation and Real-Time Collaboration:
