  • All learning tasks and sessions must be:
    • Pre-planned in line with SayProโ€™s curriculum structure
    • Scheduled with start/end dates, objectives, and facilitators
    • Linked to specific modules or outcomes

Each learning session/task must be recorded/logged with the following details:

  • Session Title / Task Name
  • Date & Time
  • Facilitator or Responsible Staff
  • Topic Covered
  • Target Audience
  • Delivery Mode (online, in-person, hybrid)
  • Materials Used
  • Attendance / Participation Summary
  • Follow-up Actions or Notes

Use consistent file names and folder structures:
