All SayPro education staff must:

  • Develop a clear plan for each learning session or task before delivery
  • Align with SayProโ€™s curriculum goals, outcomes, and quarterly targets
  • Specify:
    • Session/module title
    • Objective(s)
    • Content overview
    • Delivery method (in-person, online, hybrid)
    • Required materials or tools
    • Duration and location/platform
    • Assigned facilitator or trainer

Each session or learning task must be documented immediately after delivery, capturing:

  • Any challenges or issues faced
  • Recommendations or follow-ups
