Collaborate with teachers, parents, therapists, and external consultants within SayPro’s structure to ensure holistic, coordinated support for every learner, particularly those with diverse educational needs.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Integrated Support Planning:
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and refine individualized education plans (IEPs), intervention strategies, and support programs.
- Ensure alignment between academic, therapeutic, and behavioral goals to promote consistency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Teacher Collaboration:
- Work closely with classroom teachers to adapt instructional materials, co-develop lesson plans, and integrate accommodations that support inclusive learning environments.
- Provide guidance and professional support to educators on implementing best practices for differentiated instruction and learner engagement.
- Parent and Guardian Engagement:
- Establish strong, respectful communication channels with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, concerns, and recommendations.
- Involve families in decision-making processes and offer regular updates to ensure transparency and partnership in the child’s educational journey.
- Therapist and Specialist Coordination:
