- Digital Signage: Utilize digital signage in common areas (e.g., break rooms, lobbies) to promote the event. Use eye-catching graphics and concise messaging to capture attention.
- Email Campaign:
- Save-the-Date Email: Send a save-the-date email to all employees, providing basic information about the event and encouraging them to mark their calendars.
- Invitation Email: Follow up with a detailed invitation email. Include the event agenda, storyline teaser, and a call-to-action to register. Use engaging subject lines and personalized content to increase open rates.
- Reminder Emails: Send reminder emails as the event date approaches. Highlight any new updates or exciting elements of the event to maintain interest.
2. Set Up a Registration Process for Employees
