The SayPro Mock Interview Evaluation Sheet is used to assess a candidate’s interview skills in a simulated interview setting. The goal is to identify strengths and weaknesses, offer constructive feedback, and prepare the candidate to succeed in real SayPro job interviews.
The sheet is divided into key competencies and skills evaluated during the mock interview. Each criterion usually has:
