To measure the number and percentage of SayPro-trained artisans who have been successfully placed in jobs or have launched their own entrepreneurial ventures. This metric highlights the real-world impact of SayPro’s training and placement support programs.
1. Key Definitions:
- Placed in Jobs:
Artisans who have secured employment through SayPro’s job placement program—either full-time, part-time, contract, or internship positions. - Entrepreneurial Ventures:
Artisans who have officially started their own businesses, registered their trade, or are actively generating income through self-employment or freelance work post-training. - Eligible Graduates:
Artisans who have successfully completed SayPro training and are eligible for placement during the reporting period.
2. Calculation Method:
