- Definition of Key Metrics:
- Job Vacancies Sourced: Refers to the total number of job opportunities obtained from new or existing employer contacts through direct outreach, referrals, events, or incoming requests.
- Job Vacancies Listed: The number of verified, published, and accessible job listings that are visible to job-seeking artisans on SayPro’s platform or database.
- Inclusion Criteria:
- Jobs must be verified as active and legitimate.
- Listings should include essential details such as job title, description, location, duration, requirements, and employer contact.
- Internships, apprenticeships, part-time and full-time roles should all be counted, if relevant to SayPro’s audience.
- Data Collection and Tracking:
- Maintain a centralized tracking sheet or digital dashboard recording the date of listing, employer, job type, and expiration status.
- Tag each job as “sourced this quarter” or “carried over from previous listings” for accurate quarterly reporting.
