🎯 Objective

To provide structured, confidential, and supportive one-on-one coaching to participants in order to:

  • Address personal challenges and barriers to growth.
  • Reinforce life and social skills covered in workshops.
  • Support goal setting and personal development planning.
  • Build self-awareness and confidence in a safe environment.

🧭 Structure of One-on-One Coaching

  • Initial Coaching Session: Week 1 (Baseline understanding)
  • Midpoint Check-in: Week 3 (Progress review and support)
  • Final Session: Week 4 (Wrap-up, reflections, and future planning)
  • Each session: 30–45 minutes, in person or virtually

By the end of April, each coached participant should:
