SayPro Percentage of SayPro users who completed the course modules by the quarter end.

SayPro’s percentage of users who completed the course modules by the quarter end is a key metric that provides insights into user engagement and course completion rates. To calculate this percentage, we follow a structured process that begins with defining the reporting period, which in our example is Q2 2025 ending on June 30, 2025.

Next, we identify the relevant user base by considering the total number of users enrolled in SayPro courses within or before Q2 2025, excluding withdrawn or inactive users to focus on active learners. For instance, if the total enrolled users in Q2 2025 were 1,000, we would proceed to determine the completion criteria.

Completion criteria can include factors such as 100% of course modules marked as completed, final assessments submitted, and the course status labeled as “Completed” in the system. Once the completion criteria are defined, we extract completion data using the SayPro LMS or admin dashboard to filter users who have completed all modules by June 30, 2025.

Finally, we calculate the completion percentage by dividing the number of users who completed all modules by the total enrolled users, and multiplying by 100. For example, if 720 users completed all modules out of 1,000 total enrolled users, the completion rate would be 72%. This percentage offers valuable insights into user engagement and course effectiveness within the specified reporting period.
