        • Quality of sessions and speakers
        • Usefulness of networking opportunities
        • Confidence gained regarding internships
      • Employer Survey may include:
        • Quality of student interactions
        • Event organization and support
        • Likelihood of offering internships
        • Suggestions for future improvements
    • Use accessible online platforms like Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, or Typeform.
  2. Craft and Send Survey Emails
    • Send personalized emails to each group within 24–48 hours after the event.
    • Include:
      • A brief thank-you message
      • A short explanation of why their feedback matters
      • A direct link to the survey
      • The expected time to complete (ideally 3–5 minutes)
    • Example subject lines:
      • “We’d love your feedback on the SayPro Internship Event!”
      • “Help us improve – Quick SayPro survey inside”
  3. Monitor Responses
    • Track survey completion rates and follow up with a gentle reminder email after 3–5 days.
    • Consider offering an optional incentive, like a certificate of participation or entry into a small prize draw, to increase participation.
  4. Close the Survey & Prepare for Analysis
