- Employer Survey may include:
- Quality of student interactions
- Event organization and support
- Likelihood of offering internships
- Suggestions for future improvements
- Use accessible online platforms like Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, or Typeform.
- Craft and Send Survey Emails
- Send personalized emails to each group within 24–48 hours after the event.
- Include:
- A brief thank-you message
- A short explanation of why their feedback matters
- A direct link to the survey
- The expected time to complete (ideally 3–5 minutes)
- Example subject lines:
- “We’d love your feedback on the SayPro Internship Event!”
- “Help us improve – Quick SayPro survey inside”
- Monitor Responses
- Track survey completion rates and follow up with a gentle reminder email after 3–5 days.
- Consider offering an optional incentive, like a certificate of participation or entry into a small prize draw, to increase participation.
- Close the Survey & Prepare for Analysis
- Close the surveys after 7–10 days or once you’ve reached a satisfactory response rate.
