  1. Initial Employer Outreach
    • Contact all participating employers within 5–7 business days after the event.
    • Use a personalized email or phone call to:
      • Thank them for attending and engaging with students.
      • Ask whether they have selected any students for internships or co-op positions.
      • Offer support with the selection or onboarding process if needed.
  2. Information Gathering
    • Request the following information for each selected student:
      • Full name
      • Internship or co-op position title
      • Expected start and end dates
      • Location (remote or on-site)
      • Any conditions (e.g., second interview, application form, background check)
    • For employers still deciding, set a timeline for a follow-up (e.g., “We’ll check in again next week”).
  3. Documentation and Tracking
    • Record all confirmed selections in a centralized tracking sheet or database.

    • Flag pending or undecided placements for follow-up.
