      • Certification issuance statistics

    • Analyze trends, strengths, and areas for improvement in learner participation and training effectiveness
    • Compare current quarter results with previous periods and set targets
    • Identify gaps or challenges impacting performance
  3. Report Preparation
    • Structure the report with clear sections, such as:
      • Executive summary
      • Training activities overview
      • Learner engagement and progress

  4. Review and Validation
