- Assess learner readiness for advanced courses or certifications
- Recognize prior learning (RPL) and avoid content repetition
- Map learner pathways based on education or professional history
- Ensure proper placement into beginner, intermediate, or advanced levels
- Support compliance with funding, accreditation, or recognition frameworks
Who Should Submit?
Submission is optional but highly recommended for:
- Learners enrolling in advanced or specialized programs
- Applicants seeking recognition of prior learning (RPL) or credit transfer
- Professionals participating in certification upgrade or bridging programs
- Organizations registering groups for customized corporate training
Accepted Documents
SayPro accepts any of the following types of previous credentials:
- Training Certificates from SayPro or other accredited institutions
- Professional Certifications (e.g., CompTIA, PMP, HR Certification)
- Diplomas or Degrees (TVET, college, university)
- Digital Badges or verified micro-credentials
- Occupational Qualifications (e.g., NQF-aligned or SAQA-registered in South Africa)
- Accredited CPD Records from recognized industry bodies
- Short Course Completions from universities, TVETs, or professional academies
Documents must be:
- Clearly legible and in English (or accompanied by certified translation)
- Issued by a recognized or verifiable training provider
- Include learnerโs full name, course name, completion date, and provider details
Submission Process
- Upload via SayPro Portal or LMS Profile
- File formats accepted: PDF, PNG, JPEG
- Labeled by certificate type or course name
- Verification (If Required)
- SayPro may validate documents for certain programs or funding schemes
- Additional documentation may be requested if unclear
- Integration into Learner Record
- Verified records become part of the userโs SayPro training history
- Used to recommend future training or fast-track certification eligibility
