Objective:
To maintain a current and accurate product catalog on the SayPro platform by ensuring that all product variationsโsuch as sizes, colors, materials, and stylesโare regularly updated. This ensures customers and internal teams have access to the most accurate product information for seamless ordering, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Tasks:
- Regularly Review Product Listings:
- Conduct scheduled audits of the product catalog to ensure all available product variants (e.g., sizes, colors, configurations) are accurately displayed.
- Work closely with inventory and product teams to validate that listed options reflect actual stock availability.
- Update Size and Color Availability Promptly:
- Monitor inventory changes and automatically or manually update the platform when a specific size, color, or product option becomes available or is out of stock.
- Clearly mark limited-stock items and remove or grey out unavailable options to prevent order issues or customer dissatisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Branding Teams:
- Coordinate with relevant departments to receive timely updates about new product releases, discontinued lines, or changes in available options.
- Ensure that new variantsโsuch as a new colorway or size rangeโare correctly integrated into the catalog with appropriate SKUs, images, and descriptions.
- Maintain Visual and Descriptive Accuracy:
