- Execute Assigned Tasks on SayPro Dashboard: Perform all designated activities using the SayPro website dashboard efficiently and accurately. This includes managing various administrative and operational functions as assigned by the management team.
- User Engagement Tracking: Monitor and analyze user interactions on the SayPro platform. This involves tracking metrics such as login frequency, course participation, progress completion, and engagement levels to help assess user activity and identify areas for improvement.
- Content Updating: Regularly update and maintain digital content available on the SayPro platform. This includes uploading new course materials, refreshing existing content to ensure relevance and accuracy, and removing outdated or obsolete information.
- Data Accuracy and Reporting: Ensure all data entered or modified within the dashboard is accurate and up-to-date. Generate reports on user activity, content usage, and system performance to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Technical Coordination: Liaise with IT or web development teams to troubleshoot dashboard issues, suggest improvements, and implement updates to enhance the platformโs functionality and user experience.
- Compliance and Security: Adhere to data protection policies and maintain the confidentiality of user information while handling dashboard tasks. Ensure all actions comply with company guidelines and industry best practices.
