- Content Preparation and Formatting: Prepare educational materials for online publication by formatting text, images, videos, and interactive elements to comply with SayPro’s quality and accessibility standards. Ensure consistency in style, branding, and user experience across all resources.
- Upload and Publish Resources: Use the SayPro content management system (CMS) to upload educational materials efficiently and securely. This involves correctly categorizing and tagging content to facilitate easy navigation and searchability for learners.
- Version Control and Archiving: Maintain version control of educational resources to track updates and revisions. Archive outdated or superseded materials appropriately while ensuring current versions are readily accessible.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and reviews of uploaded content to identify and correct any errors, broken links, or formatting issues. Ensure that all resources meet the platform’s technical requirements and educational standards.
- Collaborate with Content Creators: Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia specialists to gather new content, clarify specifications, and implement feedback for continuous improvement of course materials.
- Monitor User Access and Engagement: Track how learners interact with educational materials on the platform and gather usage data to inform decisions about content updates and enhancements.
