Acceptable Forms of Proof
Depending on the nature of your education or training, acceptable documents may include:
1. Academic Certificates:
- Degrees, diplomas, or certificates from schools, colleges, or universities.
- Must show the name of the institution, your full name, and the date of completion.
2. Transcripts:
- Academic records showing the subjects or modules completed, grades or marks received, and the duration of the program.
3. Training Certificates:
- Proof of attendance or completion from workshops, seminars, or short courses conducted by professional bodies, companies, or training providers.
4. Employment-based Learning Evidence:
- A letter from an employer confirming on-the-job training or skills development.
- This should include your job title, dates of employment, and training topics covered.
5. Online Course Completion Certificates:
- Documents from platforms such as Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, or institution-hosted learning management systems showing that you completed a specific course or module.
