An innovation strategy is a practical idea, method, or system improvement that contributes to SayProโs:
- Education model
- Operations
- Technology use
- Customer experience
- Efficiency or sustainability
๐น Submission Criteria:
Each innovation strategy should include:
- Title of the Strategy
- Problem or Opportunity Identified
- Proposed Solution or Innovation
- Implementation Plan (brief)
- Expected Impact (e.g., cost savings, improved learner engagement, faster processes)
๐ Format of Submission:
- Submit via:
- SayPro Innovation Strategy Template (if available)
- Or as a structured Word document or Google Doc
- File naming format:
SayPro_Innovation_[EmployeeName]_Q[Quarter]_2025.docx
๐ Total Output Target:
- If SayPro has 100 employees, the organizational target would be:
- 500 total innovation strategies per quarter

- Department heads should maintain a log of:
- Employee submissions
- Status (Received / Pending / Reviewed)
- Top-rated strategies for potential implementation
