Each innovation strategy should include:

  1. Title of the Strategy
  2. Problem or Opportunity Identified
  3. Proposed Solution or Innovation
  4. Implementation Plan (brief)
  5. Expected Impact (e.g., cost savings, improved learner engagement, faster processes)

  • If SayPro has 100 employees, the organizational target would be:
