Objective: Complete and submit an analysis of at least 3 external case studies that are directly relevant to SayPro’s mission and goals.

📌 Purpose of This Target:

• To gather insights from proven practices and innovations outside SayPro
• To benchmark SayPro against global or regional best practices
• To generate actionable recommendations for SayPro’s strategic development

• Minimum of 3 case studies per department or assigned team.

🔹 Relevance Criteria:

Case studies must align with at least one of SayPro’s focus areas:
