- All staff classified under SayPro Education, including:
- Trainers

- Learning coordinators
- Subject matter experts
- Educational administrators and managers
๐น What Does โEngagementโ Mean?
Each staff member must complete and submit all required items for the quarter, which typically include:

Strategic input for Q2/Q3 planning

At least 3 improvement ideas for SayProโs education models

Review & analysis report of current educational outputs

Use of required templates, such as:
- SayPro Quarterly Review Template (SCHAR-1)
- SayPro Planning Framework (QPF)
- SayPro GPT Prompt Execution Log (if applicable)
- SayPro Feedback & Recommendations Form

Participation in content generation efforts, such as:
- Submitting topics for GPT extraction
- Contributing new content ideas or outlines

Timeline
- All submissions and activities must be completed within the assigned quarter.
- Progress reviews should take place monthly to track engagement rates.

- A staff engagement tracker must be maintained, showing:
- Staff name
- Role
- Task completion status (checklist)
- Submission timestamps
- Notes on non-compliance or follow-up actions

- Education department managers must:
- Collect engagement reports from all team members.
- Submit a summary report to SayPro central management confirming 100% completion.
- Use the SayPro Employee Submission Checklist to verify completeness.
