Recording & Uploading SayPro Orientation Sessions

Enable recording in the SayPro live events module
- Before starting the live session, make sure the “Record” option is turned on.
- Confirm that the recording starts properly once the session begins.
Save and download the recorded video
- After the session ends, access the recorded file within the live events module.
- Download or securely store the video file.
Upload the video to SayPro website or portal
- Navigate to the section on the SayPro site where orientation resources are hosted.
- Upload the recorded session video (ensure it’s properly named with date and session title).
- Add a brief description or notes for context.
Notify students
- Send an email or notification via SayPro email system announcing the availability of the recorded session.
- Include links or instructions to access the video.
Organize recordings
- Keep an archive of all recorded sessions for easy reference and ongoing access.
