- Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the SayPro IT team (responsible for technical maintenance) and the content team (responsible for website updates and resource creation).
- Facilitate regular meetings or check-ins to align on website updates, bug fixes, and content publishing schedules.
- Clearly communicate priorities, deadlines, and requirements from both sides to ensure timely and coordinated actions.
- Website Maintenance Oversight:
- Monitor the website’s overall performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
- Work with the IT team to schedule regular maintenance activities such as software updates, security patches, and backups, minimizing disruptions for users.
- Report any technical issues, downtime, or errors detected by users or through monitoring tools promptly to the IT team for resolution.
- Content Management Coordination:
