As part of the SayPro initiative, ensuring the website remains fully functional, user-friendly, and up-to-date is critical for providing participants with continuous access to resources and engagement opportunities. This responsibility centers on effective coordination between the SayPro IT and content teams to deliver a smooth and reliable online experience.

Key Elements of this Responsibility:

  1. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between the SayPro IT team (responsible for technical maintenance) and the content team (responsible for website updates and resource creation).
    • Facilitate regular meetings or check-ins to align on website updates, bug fixes, and content publishing schedules.
    • Clearly communicate priorities, deadlines, and requirements from both sides to ensure timely and coordinated actions.
  2. Website Maintenance Oversight:
    • Monitor the website’s overall performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
    • Work with the IT team to schedule regular maintenance activities such as software updates, security patches, and backups, minimizing disruptions for users.
    • Report any technical issues, downtime, or errors detected by users or through monitoring tools promptly to the IT team for resolution.
  3. Content Management Coordination:
    • Support the content team in publishing new materials, announcements, event registrations, and updates to ensure relevance and accuracy.
    • Coordinate the timing of content releases with IT to avoid conflicts with site maintenance or upgrades.
    • Ensure that content updates comply with website design standards and functionality requirements.
  4. User Experience and Feedback Integration:
    • Collect and analyze user feedback related to website navigation, content accessibility, and functionality.
    • Communicate user concerns and suggestions to both IT and content teams to prioritize improvements.
    • Help test new features, updates, or redesigns before they go live to guarantee they meet user needs and technical standards.
  5. Troubleshooting and Support:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for internal team members and participants reporting website issues.
