This responsibility involves careful planning, vigilant oversight, and collaboration with relevant teams to safeguard participant information and uphold organizational standards throughout event planning and execution.
Key Elements of this Responsibility:
- Understanding and Applying Corporate Policies:
- Familiarize thoroughly with SayPro’s corporate policies, including codes of conduct, ethical guidelines, participant rights, and safety protocols.
- Integrate these policies into all stages of event planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up to ensure consistency and adherence.
- Communicate relevant policies clearly to all event stakeholders, including organizers, facilitators, participants, and vendors.
- Data Privacy and Protection Compliance:
- Ensure that all data collection, storage, and processing practices during the event comply with applicable data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and SayPro’s internal data protection standards.
- Coordinate with SayPro’s legal or data protection officers to review event procedures for participant registration, feedback collection, and digital platform use.
