  • Assess Tool Relevance and Compatibility:
    Evaluate each tool’s functionality in relation to SayProโ€™s existing educational programs, writing formats, training modules, and document standards. This includes checking compatibility with existing systems (e.g., LMS platforms, cloud services, institutional templates) and relevance to academic, administrative, and professional writing tasks.
  • Evaluate Features and Benefits:
    Review the key features of writing toolsโ€”such as grammar and spell check, tone analysis, plagiarism detection, citation formatting, template creation, real-time collaboration, and AI-assisted content generationโ€”against SayProโ€™s quality standards and productivity goals.
  • Perform Cost-Benefit Analyses:
    Analyze pricing models, licensing requirements, subscription plans, and scalability options to ensure tools are cost-effective, offer value for money, and are sustainable for long-term institutional use.
  • Pilot and Test Tools Internally:
