2. Code of Conduct

Outlines behavior standards expected from all learners and staff:

  • Professional and respectful conduct toward facilitators, peers, and SayPro staff
  • Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior
  • Academic integrity (no plagiarism, cheating, or impersonation)

    • Physical copies are made available for in-person training sessions
    • Scanned signed copies can be uploaded to the learnerโ€™s profile
  3. Secure Archiving
    • All agreements are stored in encrypted learner records
