4. Expectations and Responsibilities

- Ensure that your content is relevant to the event’s goals of community building, leadership development, and spiritual growth.
- Provide any necessary session materials (handouts, slides, activities) by [Due Date] to allow for proper preparation.
- Session Timing:
- Start and end your session on time.
- Allow time for Q&A or group discussions if applicable.
- Technical Requirements:
- For virtual sessions: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection, functioning camera, microphone, and appropriate virtual platform software (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- For in-person sessions: Coordinate with the event organizers regarding any AV equipment or presentation materials needed.
- Participate in a technical rehearsal for virtual sessions before the event (date/time to be confirmed).
- Participant Interaction:

- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants.
- Respond to participantsโ questions and feedback during or after the session.
- Communication:

- Detailed Session Outline (Including objectives, activities, and estimated time for each segment)
