SayPro Submission of Team Name and Member Details
For participants registering as a team, it is mandatory to submit a team name and complete member details as part of the SayPro registration process.
Team Information Requirements:
- Team Name:
- Choose a unique and appropriate name that represents your group.
- This name will be used for identification throughout the program or event.
- Team Member Details (up to 5 members):
Each team must provide the following information for all members:- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Role or Title (if applicable)
- SayPro ID (if already registered individually)
How to Submit:
- Complete the team section in the SayPro online registration form.
- Alternatively, upload a formatted document or spreadsheet containing all required team details.
- Ensure all members are eligible and meet SayPro’s participation criteria (e.g., age, ID, motivation letter).
Important Notes:
- Teams must have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 members.
- All members must either register individually first or be registered together by a team leader.
- Changes to team composition must be communicated before the final registration deadline.
