Objective:
To ensure the successful promotion of SayProโs campaigns and initiatives by collaborating with the marketing and communications teams to design, develop, and distribute high-quality, mission-aligned promotional materialsโboth digital and print.
I. PLANNING & STRATEGY
1. Define Campaign Goals & Messaging
Clarify Campaign Theme: Align with SayProโs mission and target audience (e.g., youth empowerment, skills development, fundraising drive).
Key Messages: Develop core messaging for all materials (e.g., โEmpower One Youth Today,โ โYour ZAR 100 Can Change a Lifeโ).
Audience Segmentation: Customize messaging for different stakeholdersโindividual donors, corporate sponsors, community members, etc.
Tone & Style Guide: Ensure materials follow SayProโs branding standards (color scheme, font, logo usage, tone of voice).
2. Create a Content Calendar
Work with the communications team to develop a timeline for content production and release, especially leading up to and during campaign periods (e.g., June campaign).
Include milestones for:
Social media posts
Email campaigns
Video content
Offline collateral
Press releases
II. DIGITAL PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
1. Social Media Graphics and Posts
Coordinate with designers and content writers to develop:
Branded Templates: For quotes, testimonials, statistics, and countdowns.
Daily or Weekly Posts: Sharing campaign goals, impact stories, donor spotlights, calls to action.
Platform-Specific Versions: Optimized content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

2. Digital Banners and Ads

Coordinate production of:

Collaborate on:
