Task Components:
1. Identify Required Supplementary Materials
- Collaborate with facilitators and content developers to determine what materials are needed.

- Participant Guides (e.g., session overviews, how-to guides)
- Reference Sheets (e.g., key terms, checklists, best practices)
2. Design and Format Materials
- Use SayPro branding (logos, colors, fonts) across all documents.
- Ensure materials are:
- Easy to read and fill out (interactive PDFs or print-friendly)
- Well-structured with clear headings and instructions
- Accessible (consider visual impairment and digital accessibility standards)
3. Review for Quality and Accuracy
- Proofread for grammar, clarity, and formatting consistency.
- Validate that exercises align with session objectives and participant levels.
- Get approval from subject matter experts or lead facilitators.
4. Organize by Session or Topic
- Group materials by the session or module they belong to.
- Create a master index for participants and facilitators to easily navigate and download the right files.
5. Prepare for Distribution
- Convert all files to PDF or mobile-friendly formats.
- Upload materials to the SayPro website or event platform.
- Bundle materials for printing if physical copies will be distributed at in-person events.
6. Communicate Availability
