Objective:

Task Components:
1. Schedule Reminder Communications
- Plan a sequence of reminder messages to be sent via:

- 3 days before the event
- 24 hours before the event
- 1 hour before the event
2. Draft Reminder Content
- Include key details such as:
- Event date and start/end times
- Platform access links or physical location details
- Instructions on joining the session (e.g., login steps, apps required)
- Expectations for participant behavior or preparation (e.g., attendance, participation rules)
- Contact information for technical or event support
3. Personalize Messages
- Use participant names and session-specific info for a personalized touch.
- Highlight any changes or important notes relevant to specific participant groups.
4. Send and Monitor Reminders
- Use automated tools to dispatch reminders at scheduled times.
- Track delivery status and open rates.
- Follow up manually with participants who do not open or respond, if necessary.
5. Provide Support Channels
- Remind participants how to reach support for technical issues or questions.
- Offer FAQs or quick guides to common problems.
Deliverables:
