Objective:
To promote continuous learning, internal engagement, and knowledge sharing, all SayPro employees are required to participate in SayPro-hosted webinars and provide post-event feedback to evaluate effectiveness and improve future sessions.
Task Details
- Task 1: Webinar Attendance
- Each employee must attend a minimum of 2 SayPro webinars during the current reporting period.
- Webinars will cover topics related to:
- Professional development
- Project updates
- Innovation and technology in service delivery
- SayPro policies and systems
- Attendance will be verified through the webinar participation log.
- Task 2: Complete Post-Event Feedback Forms
- After each webinar, employees must complete a Post-Event Feedback Form within 48 hours.
- Forms will include:
- Overall rating of the session
- Key takeaways or learning points
- Suggestions for future topics
- Speaker/facilitator effectiveness
