This task is crucial for maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of SayPro’s educational programs.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  1. Review of Uploaded Learning Resources:
    • Verify that all instructional materials (e.g., documents, presentations, videos, quizzes) uploaded to the learning management system (LMS) or website are complete, properly formatted, and free of errors.
    • Check for alignment with course objectives and curriculum requirements.
    • Ensure that resources are accessible to all learners, including compatibility with different devices and adherence to accessibility standards (e.g., captions on videos, readable fonts).
    • Confirm that all uploaded content respects copyright and intellectual property rights.
  2. Assessment of Participant Submissions:
    • Examine assignments, quizzes, projects, and other participant submissions for completeness and adherence to provided guidelines.
    • Check for originality and academic integrity, flagging any suspected plagiarism or misconduct according to SayPro’s policies.
    • Evaluate the technical quality of submissions where applicable (e.g., clarity of images, audio quality in recordings).
