  1. Planning and Preparation
    • Define Event Goals and Target Audience:
      • Clarify the objectives for each event (e.g., number of artisans to engage, number of employers to attract, types of jobs to promote).
      • Identify specific artisan groups, skill levels, or geographic regions to focus on for tailored outreach.
      • Determine the balance between online (webinars) and in-person events based on accessibility, COVID-19 protocols, and geographic considerations.
    • Set Dates and Venues:
      • Select convenient dates for maximum participation, avoiding public holidays or major competing events.
      • Book suitable venues for in-person fairs, ensuring they have adequate space, facilities, and accessibility.
      • Choose reliable digital platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.) for hosting webinars, ensuring they support interactive features like Q&A, breakout rooms, and polling.
    • Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
      • Prepare a budget covering venue costs, technology fees, marketing materials, staffing, and other logistics.
