    • Conduct market research to identify companies, NGOs, cooperatives, and organizations within relevant industries that frequently hire artisans or skilled laborers.
    • Utilize online job portals, industry directories, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups), and SayPro’s existing partner networks to compile a list of potential employers.
    • Prioritize organizations with demonstrated interest in artisan skills, local hiring initiatives, or corporate social responsibility programs aligned with SayPro’s mission.
  2. Preparation of Outreach Materials:
    • Develop professional communication templates tailored for first-time employer contacts, including introductory emails, phone call scripts, and informational brochures about SayPro artisans.
    • Highlight SayPro’s value proposition — quality training, skilled artisans ready for placement, and ongoing support for employer partnerships.
