Submission Options for Participants

Create a section on the event registration page or a separate link where participants can upload PDF, Word, or image files. This portal should:- Be password-protected or linked to a unique registration ID
- Allow for multiple file uploads
- Clearly label each required document (e.g., “Dietary Restrictions Form,” “Consent Form”)
- Integration with Online Forms
Add file upload fields to the existing digital registration form (e.g., Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, JotForm). Participants can upload documents directly as they complete registration. - Email Submission Option
Offer a dedicated email address (e.g., info@saypro.org or registration@saypro.org) for participants who prefer or need to send documents via email. Ensure clear subject line instructions and timely confirmation replies.
2. In-Person Submission Options
- Document Drop-Off Point
Set up a physical drop-off box or designated staff member at SayPro offices, school reception, or event check-in points. Make sure signage is clear and that documents are securely stored. - On-Site Form Assistance
Have extra blank forms and staff available at the event site to help participants complete forms on the spot if they haven’t done so beforehand.
