SayPro: Upload All Session Details to Website
Objective:
Ensure that all session-related content is live and accessible on the SayPro website, including:
- Session details
- Speaker biographies
- Presentation slides
- Handouts and supplementary materials
Step-by-Step Upload Process
1. Prepare Materials for Upload
Ensure you have the following for each session:
- Final session title & description
- Speaker name, title, organization
- Speaker biography & headshot (approved version)
- Final presentation slides (PDF or web-compatible format)
- Any handouts or downloadable resources (PDF preferred)
Optional: Confirm with each speaker that the materials are the final versions before uploading.
2. Log Into SayPro Website CMS
- Use your admin credentials to access the websiteโs Content Management System (CMS).
- Navigate to the โSessionsโ or โAgendaโ section.
3. Upload Session Content
For each session:
- Create/Edit a session entry
- Upload:
- Session title & description
- Speaker bio and photo
- Presentation slides (PDF or embedded viewer)
- Handouts (as downloadable links or inline content)
- Add relevant tags or categories (e.g. track, topic, level)
- Check for proper formatting & accessibility
4. Quality Check
- Review each page for:
- Proper layout on desktop & mobile
- Functional links/downloads
- Correct speaker info and spelling
- Test file downloads and embedded viewers
5. Publish & Announce
- Once verified, publish all sessions.
- Notify speakers their materials are live.
- Optionally, send an announcement to attendees (email or via SayPro platform).
Tools & Tips
- PDF format for consistency across devices
- Use compressed images for faster load times
- If using a CMS like WordPress, use plugins for document viewers or file management
