Purpose
SayPro requires all learners, employees, contractors, or certification candidates to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a passport or national ID) for the following purposes:
- Identity verification during registration, enrollment, or onboarding
- Compliance with local and international data integrity and anti-fraud regulations
- Eligibility validation for training participation, certification exams, or employment
- Record accuracy within SayProโs Learning Management System (LMS) and HR systems
Accepted Documents
SayPro accepts the following types of official identification:
- National Identity Document (issued by a government authority)
- Passport (valid and unexpired)
- Driverโs License (if allowed under local regulations)
- Refugee or asylum-seeker permit (if recognized by government systems)
- Residence Permit or Work Visa (if used in cross-border programs)
All submitted IDs must:
- Be clear and legible (no blurred or cropped images)
- Show full name, date of birth, photo, and document number
- Be valid (not expired) at the time of submission
Process at SayPro
- Submission Portal
- IDs are uploaded via the SayPro website, LMS platform, or provided in-person.
- Encrypted upload channels and secure storage methods are used.
- Review and Approval
- SayPro compliance officers verify each document.
- If documents are unclear or invalid, users are notified to resubmit.
- Data Protection Compliance
- SayPro follows POPIA, GDPR, and other applicable privacy laws.
- ID documents are stored securely and used only for verification purposes.
- Archiving and Retention
- Once verified, ID data is archived in compliance with legal retention policies.
- Data is accessible only to authorized personnel and subject to audit.
