SayPro Requirement: Submission of Valid ID or Passport Copy
As part of SayProโs commitment to maintaining secure, transparent, and compliant educational and administrative processes, all participants and employees are required to submit a clear and valid copy of a government-issued identification document. This typically includes a national ID card or passport.
Purpose:
- Identity Verification: To accurately confirm the identity of individuals participating in SayPro programs or employed by the organization, ensuring that all records correspond to the correct persons.
- Compliance and Security: To meet legal, regulatory, and organizational standards for data integrity, fraud prevention, and safe access to SayProโs platforms and services.
- Record-Keeping: To maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for auditing, reporting, and emergency contact purposes.
Acceptable Documents:
- Valid government-issued national identity card with photo and relevant personal details.
- Valid passport showing photo, full name, date of birth, and expiry date.
- In certain cases, other official identification documents may be accepted upon prior approval.
Submission Guidelines:
