    • Attendance in SayPro fundraising workshops or onboarding sessions
    • Record of any external certifications (e.g., ethics in fundraising)
  5. Performance Documentation
    • Any KPIs, donor interaction logs, or compliance notes
    • Disciplinary records (if applicable)
  6. Conflict of Interest Declarations
    • Signed annual declarations, especially for those handling donations or donor data
