- SayPro Contact Database: A comprehensive and regularly maintained digital database of media contacts, journalists, editors, influencers, and stakeholder representatives. This database is segmented for targeted communication and supports personalized outreach campaigns.
Together, these platforms enable SayPro to manage, coordinate, and monitor all media interactions efficiently, ensuring consistent messaging and broad visibility of SayProโs policy positions and research outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the SayPro Website newsroom, ensuring all media materials are current, accurate, and properly formatted for online use.
- Regularly update and verify the SayPro contact database to ensure accuracy and effective segmentation for targeted media outreach.
- Publish press releases, statements, and advisories on the newsroom platform in line with SayProโs communication calendar and strategic priorities.
- Use the contact database to execute segmented and personalized media outreach campaigns, including distribution of press materials and invitations to media events.
- Track media engagement metrics such as email open rates, click-throughs, and journalist responses to refine outreach strategies.
- Respond to media inquiries received through the newsroom or via contacts in the database by coordinating timely and accurate responses with SayPro consultants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant content, update newsroom resources, and ensure all communications adhere to SayProโs brand and messaging guidelines.
- Monitor media coverage using digital tools integrated with the newsroom and contact database and report on media impact and sentiment regularly.
