Overview of the Day’s Activities Facilitated students on the course of call centre, wrote their statistics report, the training report. Took a video clip, scanned the student attendance register and uploaded it to OneDrive.

Task 1: Conducted the face to face session of call centre course and 18 students attended. Lastly scanned the register and uploaded it to OneDrive.
