I marked 100 assignments today and edited 16 certificates. Despite facing challenges such as slow PC performance and students struggling with their assignments, I applied teamwork, leadership, and hard work to get the job done. Moving forward, I realize the importance of effective communication with students and the need for better resources such as new PCs, more computers in the lab, and stationery for face-to-face sessions. To meet deadlines in the workplace, I have learned the importance of applying leadership and teamwork.
