  • Format the agenda using clear headings, time slots, and session titles.
  • Include presenter names, session descriptions, and location/room info (if applicable).
  • Use accessible fonts, color contrast, and logical layout to support readability for all users.
  1. Ensure Accessibility Standards
  • Provide the agenda in multiple formats (e.g., PDF, mobile-friendly web version, plain text email).
  • Make sure it meets accessibility standards (e.g., screen reader compatibility, alt text for images, high contrast).
  • Use descriptive links and avoid relying solely on color to convey information.

  • Event date, time, and venue
  • Contact info for assistance
  • Notes about dietary, mobility, or tech accommodations
  • Brief intro or welcome note from SayPro (optional)
