SayPro Entry Criteria: Individual and Group Participation
SayPro welcomes a diverse range of participants and encourages both individuals and collaborative teams to take part in its programs and initiatives. To maintain fairness and consistency, the following criteria apply to entry formats:
1. Eligibility to Enter
SayPro accepts entries from:
- Individuals who meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements.
- Groups consisting of up to five (5) members maximum.
2. Group Composition
- Each group must consist of no more than five (5) participants.
- All group members must meet SayProโs general entry requirements, including the minimum age requirement of 16 years.
- Groups may consist of individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and roles, and collaboration is encouraged across disciplines.
3. Group Registration Requirements
- One member of the group must be designated as the primary contact person or group leader who will serve as the liaison between SayPro and the group.
- During registration, the group leader must submit the names and details (e.g., age, identification, contact information) of all group members.
- All members must agree to the terms and conditions of participation and must actively contribute to the project or activity.
4. Responsibilities and Accountability
- All group members share equal responsibility for adhering to SayPro rules, guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Any violation of the entry requirements or misconduct by one group member may impact the eligibility of the entire group.
5. Entry Limits
- Each individual may participate in only one entryโeither as a solo participant or as part of a single group. Dual participation in multiple entries is not permitted.
6. Group Disbandment or Member Changes
- Once a group has been registered and accepted, changes to its composition (such as adding or removing members) may only be made with prior written approval from SayPro.
- In cases where a group disbands before the completion of the program or activity, SayPro must be informed immediately, and decisions regarding continued participation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
