Objective
The goal is to ensure that all participants demonstrate a minimum 30% improvement in their communication abilities over the course of the program. This improvement is measured by comparing scores from the Initial Self-Assessment and the Final Communication Skills Assessment conducted through the SayPro platform.
Measurement Approach
1. Pre-Training Assessment (Baseline)
- Conducted between May 28 โ June 1, 2025
- Participants complete:
- A structured self-assessment questionnaire
- A brief verbal and written communication sample
- Evaluation by trainers (if applicable)
2. Post-Training Assessment (Final)
- Conducted between June 26 โ June 30, 2025
- Participants submit:
- A final written communication task (e.g., professional email or report)
- A final verbal task (e.g., recorded presentation or live pitch)
- Feedback/reflection on skill progress
3. Scoring Methodology
- Both assessments use a standardized rubric-based scoring system:
- Clarity
- Structure & organization
- Tone & appropriateness
- Engagement & confidence
- Use of professional communication principles
- Scores are calculated out of 100 points.

- Final feedback form capturing participant self-evaluation
